Returns, Refund and Cancellation
Returns and Refunds
- In case a faulty product (which does not function as per the description provided) or if the User is not satisfied with the quality of the product, we shall replace the product with a similar product. The claim for refund shall be valid.
- We also accept request for exchange of faulty products, or if the delivered product is different from the product ordered.
- We shall process the refund request five (5) working days after we receive the request from the user.
- We shall refund the amount paid by you for the purchase of the product within ten (10) working days from the date of your request for refund is accepted.
- We shall arrange for the pickup of the product to be exchanged or returned.
- The product has to be returned in the same condition it was delivered. In case the product is found to be damaged or if it is found in a condition different than it was sold to the User, the product shall not be returned.
- In case of any complaint regarding the quality of the product or a complaint seeking to return the product you must raise a complaint with us at email@example.com within seven (7) days from the day the product was delivered. The product will be checked by us before it is returned.
- User may choose to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order OR before the product is shipped; whichever is earlier. Cancellation may be initiated by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Full refund will be granted to the user in case of cancellation of the order.
